Returns and Exchanges

The products purchased from sfzendustriyel.com.tr can be replaced or returned with another size or color of the same product, provided that they are not used, their original box and packaging are not damaged, the invoice and all complementary accessories are sent undamaged and complete.

The customer must deliver the product to the cargo within 30 (thirty) days after receiving the product. Products exceeding 30 days cannot be exchanged. In return transactions, the customer must deliver the product to the cargo within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving it. Products exceeding 14 days cannot be returned.

If possible, the product that is requested to be exchanged or returned should be securely packaged in its original packaging and sent to the return address specified below together with the Exchange / Return Form (fully filled and signed) and invoice.

You can return the product you purchased from Sfz Industrial by paying the shipping cost within 14 days from the day you receive it from the cargo. If the product does not meet the return conditions, the product can be sent back to your address.

Shipping costs in exchange and return transactions belong to the customer.

Sfz Industrial undertakes to replace the faulty product free of charge and to cover the shipping costs. The product whose package and packaging is undamaged, but which is faulty out of the package, must be sent to the return address specified below, together with the invoice, within 14 (fourteen) days after the "Replacement / Return Form" is completely filled out and signed.

For the purchases made on behalf of the company, a "product return invoice" must be sent for the product to be returned or exchanged for a different product. Products without a product return invoice will not be received. However, a return invoice is not required for changes made for a different size or color of the same product.

The product you fill in the Exchange / Return Form and send back undergoes some inspections for return approval. When your request is accepted, your refund will be made automatically to the bank where your account belongs to, as soon as your refund is approved. As soon as the refund is made to your bank by Sfz Industrial, a receipt showing the details of the transaction is sent to your e-mail address defined in your account. If you have received the e-mail containing this receipt, it means that the refund payment made by Sfz Industrial to your bank has been completed. The time it takes for your bank to reflect this amount to your card or bank account varies according to your bank's transaction process.

When your return request is accepted or rejected, you will be notified via e-mail.

For credit card purchase refunds with installments, the entire amount is paid by Sfz Industrial to the bank to which your credit card belongs, in one go. However, due to the internal functioning of the banks, these amounts are returned to your card by the bank in installments up to the month you selected during the order. Sfz Industrial is not involved in making the refund payments in installments, and you should contact your bank for detailed information.
